Island Kitchen – Some of the best breakfast on the island! We love the huevos rancheros!

Blacked-Eye Susan’s – Great little breakfast spot right downtown. It is a very popular spot, so we recommend arriving early to beat the rush. Fun Fact: This was little Audrey’s very first cup of coffee.

Lemon Press - A refreshing & healthy downtown café with fresh juices and smoothies. You can either grab a quick smoothie to go or sit down for breakfast. The breakfast burrito and iced vanilla lattes are unmatched.

Brant Point Grill—Located at The White Elephant Hotel, Brant Point Grill overlooks Nantucket Harbor and is known for its signature lobster bloody mary!

Born and Bread – Delicious breakfast sandwiches and pastries for a grab-and-go breakfast option.

The Corner Table – A great coffee house to start your morning before walking through town. This is Mrs. Schwarz’s favorite spot maybe anywhere so if you go make sure you tell her how much you love it!

Nantucket Meat & Fish – Mid-island gourmet market with coffees and bagels. Also Mr. and Mrs. Schwarz’s all-time favorite grocer.

Claudettes - A cute sandwich shop in Sconset that offers both breakfast and lunch options! If you go for lunch, get the bride or groom’s order! Audrey’s is the veggie sandwich, and Sam’s is the roast beef with the works!

Lunch

Something Natural – Such a special spot for Audrey. Many afternoons with her mom and big sister were spent here doing cartwheels on the lawn and chasing ducks around the pond. A short walk from town, so we like to eat at the picnic seating there. Highly recommend ordering a half as the sammies are BIG. And do not leave without the cookies! Everything is made from scratch.

Provisions – Great place to pick up breakfast or lunch sandwiches before the ferry or before heading to the beach! The couple’s favorite sandwiches include the Turkey Terrific, the BLT, or The Other Turkey, but you really can’t go wrong.

Fresh – Small sandwich shop located inside a liquor store. Grab a sandwich and drinks before heading to the beach!

Cru – Located right on the harbor with amazing views of the water. Great coastal cuisine. Though Mr. Schwarz might call this “new Nantucket” and refuse to go, he is just still upset that it replaced a previous favorite— The Rope Walk. The crucumber martini has made this one of Audrey’s favorite spots, and it is truly always a fun scene at Cru. Fun Fact: Audrey met Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick here and invited them on a ghost tour. (they didn’t go)

Millie’s Nantucket – Casual coastal Mexican fare restaurant located in Madaket. The Schwarzs and Seabridges had an amazing big family dinner here shortly after Audrey and Sam got engaged. The Seabridge family was sold on Nantucket after seeing the best sunset on island.

The Brotherhood of Thieves - The recently renovated in-town restaurant is an absolute local favorite and has a rich history that will wow you. From seafood to steak to sushi, this large menu will please everyone in your party. Sam says this is the best New England Clam Chowder he has ever had.

Dinner

Reservations are highly recommended for all evening dining … check websites for when reservations become available, some are one month, two weeks, or one week out, and some day of! 

Sophie T’s — THE BEST pizza on island… maybe Audrey’s favorite anywhere. The Schwarz family had the tradition of coming to Sophie T’s every “first night” of their summer vacations. Sam is still hoping one day someone will want to try the “cheeseburger pizza” with him.

Fusaro’s — A casual and easygoing mid-island restaurant with delicious Italian food.

Bar Yoshi and The O Bar - Funky and cool spot on Old South Wharf, serving innovative Japanese fare, including sushi, raw bar, noodles, and dumplings. 

Lola 41 - A diverse menu featuring everything from sushi to their famous Lola Burger. Don’t skip the baby back ribs and spicy fries! Fun Fact: Audrey used to bartend at the location in Palm Beach when she and Sam first moved to Florida!

The Galley - Audrey was lucky enough to enjoy years of this beautiful restaurant with her grandparents. This beautiful setting on Galley Beach with delicious American cuisine is so special. Also, one of the best places on island to watch the sunset, Audrey grew up learning to cartwheel on the sand between dinner and dessert.

Straight Wharf - A true Nantucket classic. Right in town and historically Mr Schwarz’s (and Martha Stewart’s) favorite. A difficult reservation to get, but it is truly an excellent dining experience.

Nautilus - Delicious Asian-inspired small plates & amazing cocktails. We love the blue crab fried rice and crispy calamari!

Drinks
Gazebo - This in-town 25+ bar is one of the couple’s favorites! Order the island-famous mudslide and take in the view of the crowds filtering on and off the ferry.

Sister Ship - Relaxed cocktail lounge with a great outdoor patio for a pre-dinner drink.

Gaslight - A very fun late-night music scene right in town.

Chicken Box - Nantucket’s famous dive! Dirty Shirley, Green Tea shots, pool, and some great music! Remember if you tell any local you went, it’s “The Box”.

The Club Car - This retrofitted railroad car turned happening bar is one of our favorite spots for a late-night espresso martini. A very fun and lively spot after dinner in town.

Cisco Brewery - This is a Nantucket MUST. Cisco is Sam’s favorite spot on Nantucket and home to his all-time favorite lobster roll. This outdoor brewery has the best vibes on island. From amazing live music to great beers, triple eight cocktails, frosé, and incredible food trucks, you will never want to leave. But bummer… they do close at 7 pm, so get there fast after the beach! Don’t forget your ID, it’s required for entry!

Island Sweets
Nantucket Bake Shop- Our favorite local bakery! You must try Audrey’s favorite almond macaroons and Sam’s favorite snicker-doodles.

Jack & Charlies - Cute shop serving amazing homemade ice cream. Don’t be scared by the line it moves fast. (much faster than the juice bar)

Secret Candy Shops - The original ACK candy speakeasy is in the very back of Force 5 surf shop, but there is also one hidden inside Town Pool on Main Street that has become a pretty serious rival.
